We know that sometimes an item doesn’t match expectations—or a child outgrows a toy faster than imagined. That’s okay. Our return policy is built on fairness and ease, for both parents and gift-givers alike.
Eligibility for Return
You may return most products if the following conditions are met:

Item is unused, clean, and returned in original packaging

The return is requested within 15 days of receiving the item

The item was not part of a final-sale promotion or marked non-returnable

The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives with any defect or damage, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review your case and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
We never want a faulty toy to get in the way of joy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider
Shipping costs are not refunded unless the issue was our fault.
Exchanges
Due to inventory turnover and shipping efficiency, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
