  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and packaged within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • During peak times, such as holiday seasons, handling time may slightly increase. We appreciate your patience.

Each toy is checked and packed to arrive safe, clean, and gift-ready if needed.


Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, shipping typically takes:

  • Standard Delivery: 6–12 business days depending on destination

  • Tracked Service: You’ll receive tracking information once your package ships

Delivery times may vary due to customs or local postal service performance. Unexpected delays, while rare, can occur.

We currently ship to multiple countries and regions. If your location isn’t available at checkout, we may not yet support it—but we’re working to expand our reach.
